So much calmer and not as irritable anxious .

3 Weeks in a wee bit early to give a proper review but so far all good. Looking at the other products now.

I haven’t had natural bowel movements and I’ve needed to take liquid laxatives for about 15 months and stay home for a full day after as my bowels would move with urgency after taking it. Now I take Gut Culture every night and guaranteed to go the next day (usually after exercise)

We both take this daily and find it great. My other half has noticed a huge improvement with his stomach. We have been taking it for about 6 months or longer now. Wouldn't ge without it.

I’ve been taking Meno&Peri and skin glow for a year now. They are a game changer. I get a huge amount of compliments about my skin . My hair is the healthiest it’s ever been!!. As for the Meno&Peri .. well that’s made a huge difference. I can’t even explain the difference. I feel somewhat “normal “ again ! They really did make a difference. It took a while to notice the changes but definitely for the better.
I have all my friends on them now 😁
