I was happily taking FabuShrooms Meno&Peri which is a great product when I noticed that a new product for Post Menopause had been added.I am approaching my 72nd birthday and had begun to feel my joints needed extra help.

I’ve been taking these for about six months and my last blood tests showed my cholesterol has come down from 6.8 to 6.1 since last year so I pleased about that. It’s combined with lowering fat in my diet too so hopefully it will keep improving as I don’t want to go onto statins.
I’m on high blood pressure medication and they are safe to take with that.

Very happy with starting these capsules for my bones and muscles, as I'm only half way through the bottle I haven't noticed any difference, I feel id need to stay on these for the long haul.
I was losing a lot of hair because I was menopausal so i started looking around for something. I was taking them constantly for 4 months . My hair was tick and health to the point people were asking me had i extensions with was i doing . My nail were strong . I ran out of them and for financial reasons I just couldn't prioritise them. I noticed with in a very short time the difference my hair was limp my nails were brittle. I was straight on looking around for special offers brought 1 years supply. I won't be with out them again.
