I received my purchase of Shooms Meno & Peri a few weeks ago it very easy to order from the website and very fast delivery thank you
Am out with a injury only occured 10 days ago.. so haven't been able to participate in workouts/yoga.. but ye doin great job
I thought the programme was excellent. A bit of bad timing on my behalf as I joined a gym class that conflicted with the evening sessions. I was so knackered not have workout properly in years that I could just about get up for work never mind 6am… sorry….i did enjoy watching the playbacks and the receipes
Laura I’m loving it genuinely it’s something to look forward to I must admit I found some of the yoga a bit difficult but it’s because I’m so not used to stretching I loved the weights and your sisters a hoot also like yourself I’m in an all male house even the dog so it’s like a bit of female company also I am totally benefiting from the positivity of it all really enjoying that aspect it’s inspiring educational but great craic and a good laugh take care x
I thoroughly enjoyed the Viva La Vulva night in Tralee. The panel were all fabulous and so informative in their areas. Kyla was hilarious! It was a great mix of different characters, all with the same overall aim- to empower women with knowledge and to open and continue the discussion on peri menopause and menopause. Laura is the host with the most!
Absolutely amazing event ...would Highly Recommend, so informative and enjoyable, fantastic event 👌 keep doing what yer doing 👏👏👏
I started Glow in the hope it would help my thinning hair. Two months in and I’ve lots of new hair growth at the front and my hair is beginning to look glossier and doesn’t appear as flat the day after washing it - I’m delighted! As well as that, my skin looks so good that I don’t feel like I even need to wear foundation! Can’t believe it! Love these!
Amazing product, does exactly what it says it does. Delivery was super quick, definitely will be re ordering
Tralee was fantastic. Such a great night with so much fun while learning a thing or two along the way. The girls were all fabulous and we got to meet Mr Fabulous!
I really enjoyed the evening. Laura is brave, kind, confident and such a great ambassador for women. I am 44 years of age and I was so happy to finallly hear facts about women’s bodies …and my own body that I never knew. I also felt angry that women of Ireland have not been able to openly access this information as it is so helpful to hear and in many cases so simple to understand once we have heard it. I am also ashamed that in 2024 our local radio station does not want to be a part of informing its female listeners of such empowering topics.
It is so positive to see how women can help and support each other, would be amazing to have the men in our lives in the discussion. Think they would enjoy learning about women’s bodies also.
As a mother to girls and a boy, I am torn by the segments on beauty and skincare. There is more pressure on teenage girls than ever before, there is more pressure on older women than ever before to look youthful and perfect. Could I suggest that there was too much time given to skincare and facial hair issues. I think we may be more interested to hear about why it happens and the natural process of ageing as a positive thing. I think these topics diminished slightly some of the amazing issues that were brought up in the show about equality and about how women and their bodies are treated vs. men.
The best part in my opinion was the physio…..the amount of a-ha moments in the audience was unbelievable. So many of us suffer in silence with issues that could be easily resolved.
Thank you so much for getting this conversation started, you are an inspiration ❤️
Ps. On a specific note, I would love to learn more about taking progesterone as part of HRT. Why 14 days and why 200mg? Regardless of the amount of oestrogen or length of cycle. It seems quite a broad brush stroke to me and I would love to understand it but cannot find anything online. Asked my pharmacist and the answer was “that’s just the way it is”. I am very sensitive to progesterone and although I’m now taking it vaginally I still wonder. My cycles are short and I’m only taking one pump of oestrogen per day.
Would definitely attend one of these evenings again xx
Such a fun, informative night with the best feeling of support in the room
The hotel was perfect. The speakers were absolutely brilliant. The topics were so important to discuss and it was such a great great night Thank you for bringing it to Kerry !
I HIGHLY recommend Viva La Vulva. It was so informative, supportive and non-judgemental… which I hope translates through social media platforms which might focus on the absolute craic of the entire thing. We had a ball and are actively looking for tickets for Cork… we would 100% go again and are telling anyone who will listen to get involved WHEN the next show comes around. Women empowering women 💕 Amazing! 💕
