Yes, you can take fabÜ R&R RELAX and fabÜ SHROOMS IMMUNE together. There are no overlapping ingredients. Take SHROOMS IMMUNE after breakfast and take R&R RELAX 1-2 hours before bed. If you prefer to take R&R during the day, take one capsule about 1-2 hours after food.
