60-Day Happiness Guarantee

We want you to feel the difference before you commit. That’s why every fabÜ blend comes with a 60-Day Happiness Guarantee the first time you try it.

• Covers the first time you order a specific blend, for example your first order of fabÜ FOCUS BRAIN, even if you’ve bought other fabÜ blends before
• Take it daily as directed for up to 60 days from your delivery date
• Not feeling the benefit? Email hello@fabuwellness.com within 60 days of delivery with your proof of purchase, and we’ll send you the return address and steps.
• Once you’ve posted the bottle (empty or part-used, whatever’s left), reply with a photo or screenshot of your postal receipt. This is the quickest way for us to get your refund moving, as there can sometimes be delays or lost parcels. We’ll process your refund as quickly as possible and email you once it’s done. Postage is at your own cost.
• This is a one-time guarantee per blend per customer. It doesn’t apply to repeat orders, subscription renewals, or reorders of a blend you’ve already tried

Your 14-Day Cooling Off Right

Separately, under EU consumer law, you can cancel any order within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed, as long as the product is unopened and unused. This applies to every order, not just first-time purchases. Email hello@fabuwellness.com and we’ll send you the return address and steps. Once you’ve posted your order, reply with a photo or screenshot of your postal receipt. This is the quickest way for us to get your refund moving. Return postage is at your own cost unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Let us know within 30 days of delivery, send the item back to us, and we’ll replace or refund it, including the cost of return postage.

This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights.
