We hope that you love your fabÜ products, but it’s okay if you change your mind and don’t open them. According to the Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to a 14 day cooling off period. This means that you can return any products purchased so long as they are unopened, unused and in the condition in which you received them within 14 days of your order being made.
Should product/s arrive damaged or faulty, we will repair, replace or exchange the product/s when you contact us about the issue within 7 days of receiving your package.

We ask that you please send any photographs or videos that you have of the issue so our Customer Care team can best assist you.
Any products you wish to return, whether it is within the 14 day cooling off period or if they are faulty or damaged, must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery.
For any faulty or damaged products, we will assist in facilitating the return free of charge. If you are being issued a refund, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us including the delivery charges you incurred when you ordered. Please note that we will refund back to the original method of payment charged only (e.g. credit card, debit card, Paypal) and this will take 2-5 days depending on the bank.
Please note if there is no fault with the product/s, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the goods are returned safely to us via a postal or courier service. This cost must be covered by the customer. If you are being issued a refund, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us less the delivery charges you incurred when you ordered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

fabÜ Products Purchased from a Retailer
If any issue arises with a fabÜ® product purchased through one of our stockists, we would respectfully ask that you return to the place of purchase and have the issue resolved in line with the store's refund & redress policy & consumer law entitlements. When a fabÜ product is purchased through a retailer, your contract of sale is with that retailer and as such, products that are purchased cannot be refunded or replaced through fabÜ directly.
