Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) is a member of the mint family and has been used since the middle ages. This wonderful herb is grown all over the world, but was originally native to Europe, West Asia and North Africa. The leaves of lemon balm have a mild, fragrant, lemon aroma.   

The leaves can be used in tea, or alternatively, ground down to powder form (which is how we incorporate it into our fabÜ R&R RELAX capsules).

Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) is a beautiful flowering plant from the daisy (Asteraceae) family. It is grown all over the world and is native to Europe and Western Asia. Chamomile has been used as a herb since 500 BC. The word ‘Chamomile’ is Greek for Earth apple (chamomile herb is sweet-smelling like an apple).  

We selected our favourite chamomile extract (German Chamomile) for use in fabÜ R&R RELAX.

L-Theanine is a unique amino acid. In the wild, it is found almost exclusively in the tea plant. It is also naturally found in some mushrooms. Many supplements on the market use a synthetically derived L-Theanine which is much lower quality than the natural, green tea version that we use in fabÜ R&R RELAX.   

Two capsules of fabÜ R&R RELAX is equivalent to the L-Theanine found in two strong cups of pure green tea.
