hello@fabuwellness.com within 60 days of delivery with your proof of purchase,
and we'll confirm where to send the bottle back to

• Send back the bottle, empty or part-used,
whatever's left, and we'll process your refund once it arrives. Postage is at
your own cost

• This is a one-time guarantee per blend per customer.
It doesn't apply to repeat orders, subscription renewals, or reorders of a
blend you've already tried

Your 14-Day Cooling Off Right

Separately, under EU consumer law, you can cancel any
order within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed, as long as the product is
unopened and unused. This applies to every order, not just first-time
purchases. Contact hello@fabuwellness.com to arrange this and we'll tell you
where to send it back to. Return postage is at your own cost unless the item is
faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Let us know within 7 days
of delivery, send the item back to us, and we'll replace or refund it,
including the cost of return postage.
