This is a fantastic product and does what it says. My hair, skin and nails are so much brighter and stronger than before. My hair was after getting thinner and my nails were breaking very easily. I would recommend this product for anyone with this problem.

First time trying this so I’m only 1 month in but the brain fog is deffinately improving slightly . I’m on a subscribtion service so my second month is due shortly . Capsules are easy to swallow too which helps .

Started taking them a couple of months ago and I am delighted to say feeling like my old self again and got my confidence back . Daily bathroom habits a mircle in its self as always had problems but so far so good...over all delighted..Thank you
