I’m feeling great since starting these tablets, more energy and less pain in my joints, my knee used to swell up and was very sore and that has stopped completely, my mood and tiredness has also improved greatly, I’m on my third month now and would definitely recommend 🙌👍
I can't live without these relax capsules. I find it very hard to sleep and I take these an hour or two before sleep and they work wonders. I also take gut culture which are amazing too
