Cannot believe the difference in our tummy’s really both of us in our 60s it’s a game changer

I've always bitten my nails so in my late 50s I didn’t hold out much hope for anything to grow and strengthen them. I started taking Glow and now my nails are growing strongly and I spend my time clipping them. As for my hair, it was fine and limp.
