Normal gut supplements can make my tummy turn but after nearly a month on these it hasn't happened once

I have been using multiple different products for the last 12 months to try and counteract menopausal hair thinning with no luck. Since ive started taking the post menopause shrooms when they were launched. I don't look back. I was taking the peri/meno but now im 56 im taking these. Have added them as subscription so that I won't run out xx

On my 2nd bottle and it has really helped with post menopause .symptoms. Feel less tired and more alert. I have tried lots of different brands, but this is the one for me.

My Cholesterol was 6.2 in January LDL 3.9 . Took 2 months of these Cholesterol tablets. I also upped my foods Omega 3 and good fats and fibre. Started a exercise program. My cholesterol is now 4.7 LDL 2.6 . My HDL was lower than previous at 1.47 so would like to up that. I like to think it was a mix of these tablets and lifestyle changes.
Started using R&R Relax 3 weeks ago as a support to the post menopause and what a combination. My sleep has improved and as a result my mood ,functionality in every day tasks has improved. The hot flushes are defo getting less and im able to feel a bit of the old me again. If all you women of the post menopause age are thinking of purchasing don't hesitate. Just got the results of my bloods back from the GP today. Feel the need to share my good news as this is worth sharing after only 3 months on the fabu cholesterol & heart tablets my bad cholesterol has gone from 6.8 to 5.3. I cannot recommend this product enough. I bought this for my (F20s) fiancé (M 30s) as we have struggled with erectile dysfunction for our whole relationship and I am beyond shook at the effect andropause has had. It has been significantly more effective than viagra!
