I am a big fan of fabÜ GUT CULTURE; it has significantly helped reduce my bloating after meals. Having tried many other probiotics in the past—some of which were quite costly—I never noticed much of a difference. This product provides the comfort I need while being budget-friendly. I also value supporting local Irish brands.

Had no expectations of GUT CULTURE after previously using a water-based probiotic with no benefit. However after one month on GUT CULTURE I am amazed at the results. My stomach has lost its bloated, swollen appearance and clothes fit a lot better around the middle. I’m really impressed and will now continue on the product. For reference I’m 54, perimenopausal and currently 5 stone into a weight loss journey, I was exasperated by my midlife middle but the improvement in a month has been great. Highly recommended.

this has made a huge difference for my teen son. he always had tummy issues which have eased up a lot, and he feels so much more comfortable especially during school hours. it helps my bloated stomach too!

For the last 6/8 months or so I have felt my hair thinning. I'm in late perimenopause. I had extremely thick hair and so was able to loose some but it still started bothering me. I changed shampoo for a scalp therapy one but also added fabu glow to the mix.
I noticed after about 3 weeks my hair isn't shedding in the shower like before. I can't say I have regrowth as it's still early days. My nails are in much better shape too and I have started my second tub. I would highly recommend.

I never ever had strong nails so I've been getting gel nails and BIAB for years but decided to give it a rest in December. For January and February my nails were sore as they were breaking right at the finger...only 3 weeks ago I started on fabü skin hair and nails ....I can honestly say from the first week my nails started to grow and not split. I am now week 3 and I am filing my nails ... woohoo. I was always a skeptic as I have good hair and good skin but wow!!
