Really does help Pms symptoms

I never leave a review on anything but these really deserve one, I'm only on my 2nd month of these and I have really noticed a big difference in my mood especially on the lead up to my period I'm not a complete psychopath and fly off the handle with my kids especially, I have a lot more patience and energy,I suffer with ovulation pain aswell and I hadn't noticed much pain at all and period pains are much less. Lion’s Mane

Lion’s mane (Hericium erinaceus) has been referred to as “nature’s nutrient for the neurons” due its ability to stimulate the production of nerve growth factor. It has been used for thousands of years in traditional Chinese medicine and ayurvedic medicine for alleviating menopausal symptoms and for cognitive function.

The Lion’s Mane mushroom is a beautiful mushroom. It looks similar to a big white pom-pom or even a lion’s mane (hence the name!). Its natural habitat is hard wood, typically walnut, beech, birch, maple and black walnut. Historically it was reserved for people of high status and royalty, and has long been cherished for its cognitive powers by Buddhist Monks.

Estrogen regulates bone metabolism and promotes bone formation. The drop in estrogen levels that occurs in perimenopausal and menopausal women can lead to low bone density which may result in osteoporosis.

The body produces Vitamin D upon exposure to sunlight.
