Had no expectations of GUT CULTURE after previously using a water-based probiotic with no benefit. However after one month on GUT CULTURE I am amazed at the results. I've always bitten my nails so in my late 50s I didn’t hold out much hope for anything to grow and strengthen them. On these 7 months and I will never live without them. I've constantly got new baby hair all the time. One thing I'm absolutely delighted with is my eyebrows cannot believe the difference in the growth which is a bonus for me personally.
