For the last 6/8 months or so I have felt my hair thinning. I'm in late perimenopause. I had extremely thick hair and so was able to loose some but it still started bothering me. I changed shampoo for a scalp therapy one but also added fabu glow to the mix.
I noticed after about 3 weeks my hair isn't shedding in the shower like before. I can't say I have regrowth as it's still early days. My nails are in much better shape too and I have started my second tub. I would highly recommend.

So I have been lifting heavy weights for over ten years. And now in my fifth decade and still getting gains💪 I have been ringing my joints and muscle recovery slowing down. I'm stopping what I'm doing but now need something to help with those niggles and a bit of stiffness. I have to say I find these supplements absolutely fantastic. When I stopped taking them I realized they were working and my body missed them. Went back on them again and felt good again. Will stay on them now forever.
I bought these for my sister as her hair was suffering with menopause and she was struggling so I had seen these on social media for her to try and she is religiously taking them and her hair has come on in leaps and bounds so much that I’m trying them for myself
I was never a great fan of mushrooms in my diet, and so was a bit hesitant when I saw Fabu shrooms. After trying them for a while now, I can honestly say, I feel a different more positive spring in my step. Exercising a lot and with creaking joints at 53, these have definitely contributed to a better sense of wellbeing.

I never ever had strong nails so I've been getting gel nails and BIAB for years but decided to give it a rest in December. For January and February my nails were sore as they were breaking right at the finger...only 3 weeks ago I started on fabü skin hair and nails ....I can honestly say from the first week my nails started to grow and not split. I am now week 3 and I am filing my nails ... woohoo. I was always a skeptic as I have good hair and good skin but wow!!
