I found this product very good. I've been taking less than a month but I have experienced an improvement in my gut. I recently suffered an injury and due to reduced mobility I was having issues with digestion and Constipation.
I suffer with post menopause hair loss and due to a change in my medical situation I had to find something else to help me with my hair loss.
21 days in, my nails are growing so fast, the texture of my skin is so much softer and the strands of my hair feel softer too.
It's too early to tell if my hair growth will be improved, but if only 21 days in has made such a change, roll on day 42 to see what changes I may have to report on.
I feel better, less aching so I guess it's working
