Starting to feel more energised, but still early days.

Since I've been using fabÜ SHROOMS MENO & PERI for the last couple of months, my brain fog doesn't seem so bad and I don't feel as tired and rundown. I am going to assume it's down to these as I'm not taking anything else! So I will carry on in using them - and if it's a placebo effect then it's a good one! Five ⭐ from me!

I have found this product to be very helpful with menopause side effects, night sweats and energy. Sometimes when I don’t feel like swallowing the capsules I pull them apart and sprinkle across yogurt-the taste is nutty and adds more flavour to my morning yogurt routine.

Since I was a child, I've been plagued with a dreadful and unexplained cough. I tend to get it several times a year. I will be up coughing for hours on end at night. During the day, I get anxious about having to go anywhere lest I have a coughing fit. I've been in restaurants where I've had to run to the bathroom, gagging, tears streaming down my face from the coughing fits. I've tried medicines, inhalers...literally everything. Nothing works and I'm stuck with it for weeks when it comes on.

After my last episode in June 2024, I started taking fabu shrooms immune and I have not had a coughing fit since!
