I have been taking these for three months and I definitely feel an improvement in my overall health and wellbeing since I started them. I am in the later stages of perimenopause and was struggling with joint pain, restless legs at night and extreme tiredness. I rarely suffer with restless legs at night since I started taking them and I've found that I feel generally more energised and my mood swings are less severe.
After taking Meno and peri for three weeks ,I have really notice the difference in my mood and general wellbeing. Great product.
