I never leave a review on anything but these really deserve one, I'm only on my 2nd month of these and I have really noticed a big difference in my mood especially on the lead up to my period I'm not a complete psychopath and fly off the handle with my kids especially, I have a lot more patience and energy,I suffer with ovulation pain aswell and I hadn't noticed much pain at all and period pains are much less. Thanks for creating a great product. It really does make a difference.
