Why Working Out Is Good For You?

Why Working Out Is Good For You?

Working out your cardiovascular health and strength conditioning matters because as we age we lose muscle mass.

This means our body composition changes and we store more fat.

As we store more fat our bodies work less effectively, especially if we store fat around our stomachs (visceral fat).

Visceral fat places more stress on our organs, our hearts in particular.

Five Top EASY Tips To Work On Your Strength & Fitness

  • Create an easy habit & daily prompt- set the alarm earlier and place workout clothes and shoes at foot of bed

  • Work with a plan- either from Youtube or other free fitness accounts, or hire a trainer to get you started.

  • Aim to move EVERY day

  • Aim to lift something heavy EVERY day

  • Keep track of your progression weekly so you can see how far you’ve come
