Hi, I started taking thus product because I am going through menopause and my hair had gone thin and in bad condition. I am now 5 months in and the difference is unreal, my hair has thickened so much. My hairdresser was so impressive she took the name of it to recommend it to other clients of hers .

I have been using the Skin-Hair-Nails for a couple of weeks now and genuinely do see a difference. When I ordered I was a little sceptical as I have tried so many products to try and improve my thinning hair. This is the first product I have bought that I will buy again!!

For the last 6/8 months or so I have felt my hair thinning. I'm in late perimenopause. I had extremely thick hair and so was able to loose some but it still started bothering me. I changed shampoo for a scalp therapy one but also added fabu glow to the mix.
I noticed after about 3 weeks my hair isn't shedding in the shower like before. I can't say I have regrowth as it's still early days. My nails are in much better shape too and I have started my second tub. I would highly recommend.

Having tried many other probiotics in the past—some of which were quite costly—I never noticed much of a difference. This product provides the comfort I need while being budget-friendly. I also value supporting local Irish brands.

I bought the shrooms for Muscle, Joints and Bones as I play tennis and walk a lot. I am also menopausal. I had really brittle nails on my left hand and my nails were always cracking.
