How does GUT CULTURE work?

GUT CULTURE supports your digestive health by helping to create a more balanced environment in your gut. It contains natural fibres, including inulin from chicory root and chaga mushroom, which help to feed and support the growth of your natural gut flora.

It also includes 9 live bacterial cultures, delivering 8 billion colony-forming units (CFUs) per serving. These live cultures work alongside the natural fibres to support your gut microbiome and digestion.

Do I take fabÜ GUT CULTURE before or after food?

To start, take 2 capsules daily after your breakfast. If you tolerate this well after a few days, you can begin to take fabÜ GUT CULTURE on an empty stomach before your breakfast.

I don't like swallowing tablets - can I break the capsules open?

It is best to take the capsules whole on an empty stomach, but if you have issues swallowing, you can break the capsule open by pulling the top and bottom apart. You can then add the powder to a smoothie or yogurt.

I am taking medication, can I take fabÜ GUT CULTURE?

It is important to speak to your pharmacist or doctor if you have an underlying illness or are taking medication.

Can the blend upset my tummy?

In a small number of people, GUT CULTURE may cause a little wind or slight changes in bowel movements at the start. This is completely normal and is simply a sign that it's beginning to change your gut microbiome—which is exactly what we want it to do!

We always recommend easing in gently, especially if you have a sensitive tummy. Start with one capsule with breakfast, and if that’s well tolerated, increase to two capsules after a couple of days. Once your body is comfortable with that, move on to taking two capsules on an empty stomach before breakfast.

It can take a few days for your tummy to adjust, but once it does—you’re onto a winner!
