I am not someone who writes a review but seeing the FabU Menapause in my pharmacy I just had to try it.
I am 67 years old, and was one of that generation that was not put on HRT.
I was waking up 3-4 times a night to pee and sometimes staying awake. This lead to little energy and I felt I was dragging myself around most days. Since taking FabU Menapause, ( I also take Relax) my sleep and energy have improved.
I was accepting that this was to be my life, but I can now say I have started to feel like my old self again. I can say enough about this product . Thank you 🙏
My wife is currently experiencing peri menopause and has done loads of research regarding supplements etc. She sent me the link to this product. Being quite naturally sceptical I wasn’t expecting much tbh. However, even after a week I felt more energised, better quality sleep (even after having a drink) and feel stronger at the gym. Also, despite the pills being brown, they have a similar impact as those famous blue ones - minus the side effects! As I say, I wasn’t expecting a lot, maybe an initial placebo effect. However, this product has been a revelation!
This is a fantastic product and does what it says. My hair, skin and nails are so much brighter and stronger than before. My hair was after getting thinner and my nails were breaking very easily. I would recommend this product for anyone with this problem.

I started taking the Fabushrooms earlier this year. I have reduced my cholesterol and will keep using these. I have also introduced my daughter to them. I am.in my mid sixties and anything I can do to maintain heart health I will do.
Taking Peri meno for 1yr+.
Stress, anxiety and lack of sleep all became manageable.
Ran out and didn't get more as was too busy and I felt great.
2 weeks into not taking them I wasn't sleeping, was exhausted and was getting stressed over ridiculous things.
Realised what was wrong so i got to Chemist warehouse and bought some more peri meno. 10 days into taking them and i am sleeping and so much calmer.

I've been taking these for 1 yr+.
Eased stress , anxiety slept better & way more energy.
Ran out about 2 months ago and didn't get more for various reasons.
About 2 weeks into not taking them I wasn't sleeping, was irritable and so tired.
It dawned on me what was wrong.
I went to chemist warehouse and got a new pack of peri meno.
10 days into taking them and i am sleeping better, energy levels back up and feel way calmer.
These are a must for all stressed and worn out ladies.

I bought the shrooms for Muscle, Joints and Bones as I play tennis and walk a lot. I am also menopausal. I had really brittle nails on my left hand and my nails were always cracking. After 1 month on the shrooms, my nails have not cracked and my muscles are not aching as much as all. Highly recommend these supplements!
I can't say if the product is working yet, as only using it for 2 weeks. But customer service is amazing.
My husband started taking these three months ago. His energy levels were low, he was suffering from dry eyes and just wanted a boost. It is the first time that he has been consistent with a supplement. He puts it down that they are so easy to take, there is no after taste (that other supplements have) and they don't repeat on him. His dry eyes is virtually gone, he is so full of energy. Couldn't recommend more.
