My husband is going through cancer treatment and his sleep is so badly impacted. Restless legs, mind going ninety. I started taking this product about 5 months ago and wanted to see if it did "what it said on the tin " and the saying goes.
I've tried many products of the same nature and have found them all lacking but not this.
After about 2 weeks I noticed that the "fog" had lifted ( this is the only way I know how to describe it) and 2 weeks after that I actually could tell the difference between being tried and having a foggy mind . This automatically made me buy again, in the second month my sleep improved , nail growth hair growth (even though I don't have much) I've noticed improvement in memory and train of thought which over the past 5 months has been much needed .
